About me

I am a proud Mama of two hilarious and exhausting kids, live in Minneapolis originally from Saint Paul. Yes, I crossed the river and never looked back ;-)

Though born and raised in MN, I still haven’t acclimated to the frigid winter temps and I tolerate winter, to put it mildly. Now traveling to warmer climates, I am about that. The island of Vieques has a special place in my heart, my family and I have fallen in love with it’s laid back vibe and beautiful beaches. 

I love trying new foods, conquering the finicky nature of gluten free baked goods and loosely following recipes, because who really follows those things anyhow. Besides, acting like a control freak in the kitchen pairs well with my obsessive researching of all things health and wellness.

Everyday brings me new joy building healthier lives with the people I care about, just like you. I cherish the journey and I’m grateful you’re apart of it.
